A friend and I were having a conversation about women and he jokingly said “If we investigate everything that has happened on the planet earth, we will come to the conclusion that it was all done because of a woman.” You see the relationship between man and woman goes back for centuries.  And although the role and evolution of the woman have advanced tremendously in the last century, there are still some things that remain the same. People fight over a woman right! And wars having been started and lost over a woman. Well, what could make some men go to such extreme lengths? The answer is LOVE. DJ Mensah is a continental if not world-renowned disc jockey from Ghana and He just dropped an EP entitled “NOW OR NEVER”. I’ve had a chance to listen to the EP and one of the stands out songs on the project is “YOU BAD” which he featured U.K. rapper/singer Kwame Eugene, Kwesi Arthur and Nigerian Legend Ice Prince. “YOU BAD” exhibit some of the characteristics that prove my point. The constant theme acknowledging a woman’s body and beauty and why men are willing to do anything for women is very consistent from all 3-artist featured in the song. Nevertheless, this is definitely a contemporary party smasher, and a song women will definitely like to dance to.
